1. Graduated extension of the Knee
2. Treatment of non-fixed contractures of the Knee
3. Helps restrict arthritic changes and deformity related to neuromuscular impairment
4. Positions the flaccid Knee and arm in functional position
5. Maintains skin integrity by absorbing moisture, allowing air circulation and preventing skin maceration.
Contra-Indications:
1. Patient has circulatory problems
2. Pressure areas or skin irritations appear
3. Patient has persistent pain
4. Patient has increased edema, redness or blisters
5. Patient has fixed flexion contractures
