Incredible Medical
Shipping:
To help save costs for our customers, Incredible Medical drop ships all orders directly from suppliers.  Shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer and are added to total at checkout. All orders received by 2:30 pm PST will ship same day (if in stock) and will ship within the specifications as placed with order. In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we will not ship partial orders. All orders received after 2:30 PST cut-off time will be shipped next day or the next available business day (coincides with days that UPS & FEDEX pick-up and deliver goods). Orders received after Friday 2:30 PST will not be shipped until Monday. Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas are not considered work days and are treated as Holidays and thus no shipments. Do not count holidays and surrounding days as above or Saturday or Sunday in calculating the numbers of days to receive your product. If there are any questions, you may call customer service at 310-965-0722 during normal business hours (7:00 am until 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday).

Warranty:
Incredible Medical passes to its customers the warranties established by its suppliers. Most suppliers offer 90 day single use warranties. Defective items may be returned for credit only after written description of circumstances and utilization are described and product has been received by Incredible Medical's supplier. Incredible Medical will coordinate the return of goods back to the original supplier.

Returned Item Policy:
  1. Returns of unused (fully re-saleable) items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of invoice date.
  2. Returned items will not be accepted and credit will not be issued without prior authorization by Incredible Medical.
  3. All returns must refer to order number received upon submission of online order.
  4. All returned items will be reviewed prior to final credit is given.
  5. Used or altered items will not be accepted for credit.
  6. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs of returned items.
  7. Authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid.
  8. Any product returned is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  9. No returns will be accepted after 90 days past invoice date.
  10. Refund Amount WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS.
