For the severely contracted hand and wrist that also has ulnar or radial deviation, the Deviation Finger Splint is the splint of choice. Use without hand rolls to keep fingers from palm and gradually increase finger extension by using graduated finger rolls and extending the spine of the splint for wrist extension. Use the unique, below the wrist, swivel to accommodate for ulnar and radial deviation.
